IB Acquisition Corp. (formerly I-B Good Works 4 Corporation) is a blank check company initially incorporated under the laws of Delaware on July 7, 2020, and converted to a Nevada corporation on September 21, 2023. The purpose of its establishment is to merge, exchange shares, acquire assets, purchase shares, reorganize, or engage in similar business combinations with one or more businesses. Our investment strategy is not limited to any specific industry, but our management team and board members believe there are compelling investment opportunities across multiple sectors, including fintech, healthcare and life sciences, sports and entertainment, and consumer goods.
