N4 Pharma is a pre-clinical stage specialty pharmaceutical company developing novel delivery systems for oncology, gene therapy, and vaccines. Currently under development is Nuvec, a unique new silica nanoparticle technology with a patented spiky structure capable of loading, protecting, and delivering nucleic acids (siRNA/DNA/mRNA) inside cells, which can be used for gene therapy, cancer treatment, and vaccine development. N4 Pharma’s business model is to collaborate with companies developing novel antigens in the fields of oncology, gene therapy, and vaccines, using Nuvec as a delivery tool, while also developing its own post-operative glaucoma product. As these products progress through pre-clinical and clinical programs, N4 Pharma will seek upfront payments and ultimately royalties once the products reach the market.
