GlyTherix Ltd. is an Australian targeted radiotherapy company specializing in the treatment of solid tumors, including prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and pancreatic cancer. GlyTherix is developing Miltuximab® for the targeted therapy of various cancers. The core of this technology is a protein called Glypican-1 (GPC-1). GPC-1 is present in many solid tumors, such as prostate cancer, bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, glioblastoma, esophageal cancer, ovarian cancer, and brain cancer. It is not found in healthy tissues.
