IntegraNet Health was founded in 1996 by CEO Lawrence J. Wedekind with the aim of transforming the way doctors care for patients. IntegraNet Health is one of the largest independent physician associations in Houston, with over 1,600 primary care and specialty physician clinics. The mission of IntegraNet Health is to enhance the clinical and financial capabilities of physicians, maximizing the health and well-being of patients.
