Prellis Biologics is a San Francisco-based biotechnology company leading the 3D tissue and organ revolution. Prellis Bio has developed holographic bioprinter solutions to address the ultimate barriers in constructing lab-grown human tissues: rapid production of oxygen-supplying blood vessels and biocompatible tissue scaffolds that match those present in human tissues. Prellis’ Externalized Immune System (EXIS™) platform reconstructs human immune biology in vitro through lymph node organoids (LNO™). The 3D-printed LNO™ provides direct access to a fully functional human immune system for antibody discovery, immunogenicity assessment, and vaccine development.
