Thunderbird Medical Pavilion, built in 1984, currently has approximately 50% of its space leased to its largest tenant, Banner Health, as well as other major local medical groups. Thunderbird Medical Pavilion hosts a variety of clinical users, including radiology, cardiovascular surgery specialists, general surgery specialists, ENT doctors, and obstetricians/gynecologists.
