PolTREG

PolTREG is a global leader in the development of autoimmune therapies based on T regulatory cells (Tregs). The company’s lead product, PTG-007, is an autologous Treg therapy for the treatment of early-onset Type 1 Diabetes (T1D), which is now ready to initiate Phase 2/3 clinical trials following the establishment of a partnership. In the second half of 2024, PolTREG will launch a Phase 2 clinical trial for PTG-007 in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), including RRMS and PPMS. PolTREG is also developing engineered Tregs, including CAR-Tregs, antigen-specific Tregs, and TCR-Tregs, all of which are currently in the preclinical stage. PolTREG has completed four clinical trials, with more than 100 patients having received Treg-based treatments.
