Senior Care Therapy

Senior Care Therapy is a leading provider of patient-centered mental and behavioral health services for older adults in sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities. Founded in 2008 by Alisa Y. Rosenfeld, LCSW, when she served as the Director of Social Services at a rehabilitation center in Wayne, New Jersey, SCT identified a lack of adequate psychological support for patients.
