Mesenbio

Mesenbio, a preclinical-stage biopharmaceutical company spun out from the University of York, is developing a novel therapy for arthritis derived from engineered human stem cells. The treatment will initially target rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease that affects nearly half a million adults and children in the UK alone, causing joint pain and inflammation in the hands, knees, elbows, ankles, and wrists.
