PharmaGend Global Medical Services is jointly invested by China Medical System Holdings Limited (“CMS”) through its wholly-owned subsidiary CMS MEDICAL VENTURE PTE. PharmaGend is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). Subsequently, CMS Medical Venture, Connect Biopharmaceuticals, ChemPartner, and Legend Capital will continue their cooperation through PharmaGend to carry out formulation contract development and manufacturing (Formulation CDMO) business in Singapore.
