Basic Information

Vandria has discovered and developed a new target inhibitor that induces mitochondrial autophagy, selectively removing and replacing damaged mitochondria while exhibiting anti-inflammatory effects. In preclinical studies, Vandria's lead candidate drug, VNA-318, has consistently demonstrated acute improvements in memory and learning ability, as well as robust disease-modifying effects in models of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Toxicology studies indicate that VNA-318 possesses a broad safety window.
