Remedy Plan

Remedy Plan is a small-molecule therapeutic startup that adopts a groundbreaking approach to isoform-specific inhibition of NAMPT, which is partial and highly tunable, thereby transforming the field of NAMPT inhibition. NAMPT, an enzyme controlling how cells utilize energy, is central to human biology. Dysregulation of NAMPT leads to more than 20 diseases. Due to NAMPT’s dual role in healthy cell function and disease, previous efforts to reduce NAMPT activity have resulted in uncontrollable toxicity to healthy cells. Remedy Plan’s breakthrough mechanism of action inhibits NAMPT activity without causing severe on-target toxicity, offering an opportunity to treat a range of diseases caused by NAMPT dysregulation. Remedy Plan is advancing a series of tunable NAMPT inhibitors to address NAMPT dysregulation in solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, obesity, and autoimmune diseases.
