Repertoire Immune Medicines was founded based on the merger of Torque Therapeutics, a cell immunotherapy company, and Cogen Immune Medicines on March 12, 2020.Repertoire Immune Medicines is a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to unleashing and directing the extraordinary power of the human immune system to prevent or treat cancer, as well as autoimmune and infectious diseases.With a team of over 120 members distributed across its facilities in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Zurich, Switzerland, Repertoire has developed a new class of immune medicines through its DECODE discovery platform. The company's first clinical product is a novel polyclonal T-cell therapy, which consists of rare naïve T cells from peripheral blood that can be activated against specific antigens and equipped with proprietary cytokine payloads.
