Myricx Bio (Myricx) is a UK-based biotechnology company dedicated to discovering and developing a new class of selective cytotoxic payload carriers for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). These are based on N-myristoyltransferase (NMT) inhibitors for cancer treatment. NMT is an enzyme that adds specific lipid modifications to many key protein targets essential for cancer cell survival. Myricx Bio is advancing an ADC pipeline based on a novel NMT inhibitor (NMTi) payload chemistry platform to address significant unmet needs in oncology. Our proprietary ADCs have demonstrated compelling preclinical efficacy and safety across multiple solid tumor-associated antigens and specific cancer cell types.
