The company has announced the primary efficacy results of FG001, and a proof-of-concept clinical study (Phase I/IIa) in patients with aggressive cancer (high-grade glioma) undergoing surgery has shown that FG001 is well-tolerated and safe. A Phase IIb trial for aggressive brain cancer is ongoing to gather valuable information for designing a Phase III trial. This Phase IIb trial has already completed patient enrollment and treatment, and data analysis is underway.
