Affinia Healthcare is a dynamic and transformative health system located in St. Louis, Missouri, providing affordable primary and preventive healthcare. Affinia Healthcare is a community health center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and is accredited by The Joint Commission and NCQA. Through its 11 locations across the city and county of St. Louis, including school-based health centers, Affinia Healthcare serves more than 43,700 people annually, with over 90% of them earning less than 100% of the federal poverty line. Approximately 70% of patients are Black or African American, 11% are Hispanic/Latino, and more than 4,000 are homeless.
