ABBIE is a world-class gene editing platform capable of delivering genetic payloads using non-viral vectors. ABBIE utilizes targeted integration to insert larger DNA sequences (a.k.a. genetic payloads), including full genes, into desired sites within the target cell genome. ABBIE will be able to edit genes across a wide range of cell types at different stages of the life cycle, overcoming limitations of current cell editing and cell engineering technologies.
