Antag Therapeutics is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing novel therapeutic peptides for metabolic and cardiovascular autonomic nervous system disorders. Based on decades of research from the University of Copenhagen, Antag Therapeutics focuses on understanding and targeting incretin physiology. Our therapeutic peptides are based on novel endogenous peptide antagonists discovered by the research teams of Professor Jens Juul Holst and Professor Mette Rosenkilde, which have been characterized in multiple human intervention studies.
