PentaBase is a knowledge-based Danish pharmacogenomics company, founded and managed by researchers, located in the heart of Denmark. We focus on custom oligonucleotide production and the development of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR in vitro diagnostic tests, with particular attention to the detection of somatic mutations in cancer and COVID-19. For more than 10 years, PentaBase has been creating products for researchers and medical professionals, exploring new treatment methods, and helping patients around the world.
