Eone-Diagnomics Genome Center

EDGC, established in 2013 as a joint venture between the Korean bioinformatics company Diagnostics and the clinical laboratory Eone Laboratories, has been actively researching epigenetic analysis for early cancer detection over the past five years. In 2019, EDGC launched OncoCatch-S, a liquid biopsy test for early lung cancer screening, in the Asian market. This test uses copy number variation-based scoring and quantitative cfDNA detection to identify proteins associated with lung cancer.
