Clock Bio

Clock Bio is a longevity biotechnology company headquartered in Cambridge, UK. The company has developed an aging model that can age human-induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) and trigger their self-regeneration mechanisms. Unbiased CRISPR screening of large samples of these cells can identify candidate genes causally related to cell regeneration. The strategy includes proprietary aging interventions for iPSCs, unbiased screening in regenerative biology, identification and validation of regeneration targets, and prioritization and translation of therapeutic leads into clinical applications.
