Family Life Pharmacy

Family Life Pharmacy is a cozy community/retail pharmacy in West Virginia that stores, prepares, and dispenses drug formulations and/or prescriptions for the local patient population in accordance with federal and state laws; provides consultations to patients and caregivers (sometimes independent of the dispensing process); administers vaccines; and offers other specialized services related to pharmaceutical care, such as health screenings, consultations with other healthcare providers, collaborative practices, disease state management, and educational programs.
