Premier Health Network

Premier Health Network (PHN) is a physician-owned clinical integrated health network comprising 523 medical institutions, including 9 affiliated facilities, serving the central Savannah River area and surrounding counties. PHN was renamed in January 2021 to reflect its mission as a fully independent practice organization focused on helping its physician clinics and outpatient facilities succeed in the evolving value-based care environment.
