Duo Health

Duo Health ("Duo") is a new type of medical group aimed at meeting the needs of patients with chronic kidney disease and their doctors. Duo's unique Health Mobilization™ platform collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams and community nephrologists to activate all necessary physicians, facilities, and community organizations to treat the whole patient in their own way.
