AvenCell Therapeutics is building a truly transformative cell therapy company targeting difficult-to-treat cancers, with its lead programs focused on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and prostate cancer, as well as other programs targeting additional hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. AvenCell was founded with the goal of creating truly allogeneic cells that last as long or longer than autologous therapies, and developing a universal switchable construct that allows for full control and targeted redirection of T cells after infusion into patients. The integration of these two platforms can completely decouple cell manufacturing from the final patient and cancer targets, offering significant scalability potential with efficiency several orders of magnitude higher than current methods.
