Chemspace is an open platform for searching and ordering small molecules: commercial reagents, building blocks, and screening compounds, which are essential for early drug discovery research and medicinal chemistry projects. Chemspace is the world's largest online catalog of small molecules and biologics, currently featuring over 130 suppliers globally, with an aggregated catalog of more than 4.4 billion unique small molecule structures and over 500,000 biologics (antibodies, peptides, proteins, and biologics kits). The platform's primary focus is to provide comprehensive coverage of previously unexplored chemical space for pharmaceutical and organic chemists, inspiring new synthetic ideas. Chemspace offers a chemical structure drawing tool (MarvinJS) and a sophisticated search module with various advanced filtering options. The catalog can be browsed by chemical structure (exact match, substructure, and similarity), CAS number, MFCD number, IUPAC name, catalog identifier, and InChI key. The Chemspace catalog integrates with client ERP systems through punchout and with client applications (e.g., KNIME, DataWarrior) via API.
