Its main businesses include mergers and acquisitions, investment in and management of various funds, direct equity investment, and providing investment advisory services. It has 12 participating and holding fund investment management companies under its umbrella. It has initiated and established a series of industrial funds such as the Guangxi Guangtou Industrial High-Quality Development Fund and the Guangxi Land-Sea New Channel Equity Investment Fund, and has invested in a group of high-quality enterprises both domestically and internationally that focus on cutting-edge technology, break through industrial bottlenecks, and drive industrial development. It manages a total of 69 investment funds, partnerships, and government-guided sub-funds with a combined total scale of 76.4 billion yuan, a cumulative investment amount of 22.9 billion yuan, and a cumulative number of 169 investment projects.
