BioSkryb Genomics is a U.S.-based company dedicated to providing comprehensive single-cell genomic analysis solutions and application innovations, aiming to lead the "high-definition" revolution in the single-cell era. The company secured $11.5 million in seed funding in early 2020 in the United States, accelerating the commercialization of its core single-cell amplification, library preparation, and sequencing analysis technologies, as well as the development of downstream clinical applications. It has now established a complete product loop for single-cell genomic analysis workflows, empowering high-challenge applications such as pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT), tumor heterogeneity research at single-cell resolution (Cancer Heterogeneity), and minimal residual disease (MRD) detection. The BioSkryb Genomics team has extensive experience in developing highly sensitive and accurate single-cell analysis tools, with a focus on new applications and clinical needs that can improve health management. In the future, the company will continue to expand the applications of PTA and address more unmet diagnostic and therapeutic needs. It is about to launch ResolveOme, the world’s first single-cell genome/transcriptome amplification and library preparation product, laying the technical foundation for single-cell multi-omics analysis. The company also plans to gradually increase its application research and output in fields such as cancer genomics, cardiovascular diseases, neuroscience, immunology, assisted reproduction, microbiome, biosynthesis, and toxicology (including safety evaluations of gene editing).
