Onconetix

Onconetix (formerly Blue Water Biotech, Inc.) is a commercial-stage biotechnology company focused on the research, development, and commercialization of innovative solutions for men's health and oncology. In December 2023, Onconetix acquired Proteomedix, gaining ownership of Proclarix®, a prostate cancer in vitro diagnostic test originally developed by Proteomedix and approved for sale in the European Union under the In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR). Onconetix anticipates marketing Proclarix® in the United States as a laboratory-developed test (LDT) through its licensing agreement with Labcorp. Onconetix also owns ENTADFI, an FDA-approved once-daily pill that combines finasteride and tadalafil for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
