Curigin

Curigin is an innovative therapy developer that uses novel bispecific shRNA technology to simultaneously inhibit two different pathogenic pathways. Curigin’s primary pipeline targets cancer pathways such as mTOR and STAT3, delivering our bispecific shRNA through genetically engineered oncolytic viruses to specifically target cancer cells and replicate within them.
