Treos Bio has developed precise peptide cancer immunotherapies using proprietary computational data science, integrating HLA genetics, tumor profiles, and clinical outcomes from thousands of real subjects. Treos' lead candidate drug, PolyPEPI1018, is a non-off-the-shelf immunotherapy for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer currently in clinical development, which also studies proprietary and novel biomarkers. Treos has completed preclinical development of additional off-the-shelf immunotherapies targeting ovarian cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, and melanoma. The company is also developing off-the-shelf immunotherapies tailored to individual patients' HLA genotypes for several types of solid tumors.
