AbTherx, Inc. was founded in 2023 and is currently leveraging new technologies to advance medical development, accelerating and enabling the discovery of therapeutic antibodies. The company was established by a leadership team with over 100 years of combined experience in antibody discovery and platform development, including the creation of HuMAb Mouse® technology, the most successful human antibody discovery platform, which has yielded 13 approved therapeutic drugs. AbTherx's Atlas™ mouse platform supports the development of clinically validated bispecific antibody formats that are most similar to natural antibodies and uses natural mechanisms to generate long CDR3 antibodies, increasing the chances of successfully targeting challenging drug targets such as GPCRs and ion channels. AbTherx also enhances access to transgenic mice expressing full human antibody diversity. Through technology licensing and research collaborations, AbTherx partners with drug developers of all sizes to overcome the most demanding challenges in delivering innovative medicines.
