On Lok

On Lok is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping seniors age with dignity and independence. It is a trusted resource in the tri-city area of San Francisco, Santa Clara County, and Alameda County. On Lok pioneered and continues to operate the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which allows eligible seniors to live at home for as long as possible by providing comprehensive medical and social services. The On Lok 30th Street Senior Center is the largest multi-service senior center in San Francisco, offering active seniors a second home, health programs, activities, and case management services.
