Third Street Family Health Services

Third Street Family Health Services is a non-profit community health center dedicated to improving community health and eliminating health barriers. The mission of Third Street is to provide comprehensive healthcare for all. They offer behavioral health, community health worker services, dental, medical, medication-assisted treatment, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and podiatry services across 11 locations in central northern Ohio.
