Renovis focuses on providing services to Medicare beneficiaries in home-based settings, including dual-eligible beneficiaries. The Renovis care model is a high-touch approach that heavily utilizes home-based patient care, including on-site urgent care and other mobile care solutions. This model is supported by an experienced executive team, a robust technology and analytics platform, a carefully selected network of home care-experienced providers, and a team of care managers responsible for implementing various quality, benefit enhancement, and post-acute care interventions.
