InnDura Therapeutics is a preclinical-stage NK cell therapy company. InnDura's platform is based on licensed technology developed by Dr. Rizwan Romee from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Professor Chen Jianzhu from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), focusing on the EVE16 engineering of natural killer (NK) cells. EVE16 is a non-chimeric antigen receptor (non-CAR) engineering approach that enhances the killing of cancer cells while significantly reducing cell exhaustion and self-harm. The EVE16 technology can also be applied to T cells and other forms of cell therapy.
