CharterCARE Health Partners has developed an innovative regional coordinated healthcare network, led by Roger Williams Medical Center and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. Our network includes the Roger Williams Cancer Center, Southern New England Rehabilitation Center, Blackstone Valley Surgicare, home medical programs, and more. We also operate CharterCARE Medical Associates, a multi-location group clinic providing primary and specialty physician care. Additionally, the CharterCARE Provider Group is an independent association of over 500 primary care physicians and specialists. The two hospitals under CharterCARE have received dozens of national certifications and quality recognitions.
