Advanced Biomed Inc. is a biotechnology company dedicated to the research and development of various advanced, innovative microfluidic biochip technologies, providing precision oncology diagnosis and treatment technology applications. In 2021, Advanced Biomed Inc. was established as the holding company in the United States. We operate through Advanced Biomed Inc. (Taiwan). Advanced Biomed Inc. (Taiwan) is responsible for the company's operations as well as the design and development of core technologies and products. Since our establishment in 2014, we have been focusing on the integration of multidisciplinary cross-cutting technologies, building our own microfluidic technology platform. Advanced Biomed HK Limited is our first localized company, mainly responsible for the localized production of our products in China, product registration, and future sales in the local Chinese market, in accordance with relevant local regulations. After years of relentless efforts, we have developed a series of related products using the physical and molecular biological characteristics of tumor cells, which can be applied in the future to early cancer screening, diagnosis and classification, drug screening, and patient prognosis assessment. Currently, the development and finalization of three devices, A⁺Pre, AC-1000, and A⁺SCDrop, have been completed. Additionally, three microfluidic biochips—A⁺Pre chip, AC-1000 CTC enrichment chip, and A⁺CellScan chip—have completed their development plans and are ready for mass production. A⁺LCGuard, a product for assisting in the benign-malignant judgment of pulmonary nodules, has also completed its prospective study and is preparing for commercialization.
