MD Ally

MD Ally is a navigation software that integrates telemedicine and mental health services into 911 and first responder dispatch. It incorporates telemedicine into the EMD process to triage callers, non-life-threatening issues, virtual medical care, behavioral health professionals, in-network follow-up care, alternative transportation, and social services. MD Ally aims to expand the scope of EMS care and collaboration and is available free of charge to any public safety entity. By providing technology that broadens the range of patient-centered care options available to dispatchers and medical personnel, they can collectively improve response and offload times, clinical outcomes, and the ability of first responders to save lives.
