Trueline Therapeutics

Trueline Therapeutics is the oncology subsidiary of Anji Pharmaceuticals. In addition to the MCL1 inhibitor TTX-810, TruelineTx is developing TTX-564, a CD3/CD33 bispecific drug that has been shown to be safe for cancer patients and can induce a strong depletion of immunosuppressive cells known as myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs). TTX-114, a dual HCK/BTK inhibitor, is in preclinical development.
