HiloProbe

HiloProbe is a biotechnology company founded in 2016. The founders, a group of scientists who have collaborated in academic settings for over 15 years, have produced high-quality original research focusing on the development of clinically useful biomarkers for colorectal cancer. The company has been dedicated to analyzing lymph nodes in the abdominal area surrounding primary colon tumors. This is because lymph nodes are the first site where metastatic cancer cells appear. We have now identified a limited number of biomarkers that, when analyzed together, can detect cancer cells in lymph nodes and grade the aggressiveness of these cancer cells. A product based on mRNA analysis of these biomarkers (ColoNode®) is currently under development. Our goal is to bring ColoNode® to market to save lives and contribute to the development of more effective treatments for colorectal cancer.
