Phialogics is a preclinical biotechnology company specializing in the design of next-generation biologics to rebalance immune responses in acute and chronic inflammation. The current lead candidate is a genetically engineered monospecific IgV, with the potential to expand into bispecific therapies for selective targeting of inflamed tissues and/or pathogenic immune cells. This strategy has the potential to provide new solutions for patients by rebalancing overactive immune responses in selected organs and tissues of individuals with autoimmune diseases.
