Clickmab

Clickmab is a biotechnology company focused on the early discovery of antibody drugs. Established in June 2021 through joint investment by XtalPi and Biocytogen, Clickmab has built the industry's first data-driven AI platform for de novo design of epitope-specific antibodies, which has been experimentally validated. The platform generates high-quality human antigen-antibody pairing data autonomously. This breakthrough enables the AI-driven generation of antibody molecules that bind to specific epitopes from scratch—without animal immunization experiments or antibody screening libraries—offering a third source of antibody discovery and significantly expanding the space for antibody drug discovery.
