TRANSCEND VIVOSCOPE

TRANSCEND VIVOSCOPE is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sales of advanced biomedical imaging equipment. Established in 2016, the company’s core team originates from multidisciplinary cross-disciplinary teams at top universities such as Peking University. The team overcame several key core technologies and successfully developed an ultra-high spatiotemporal resolution miniaturized two-photon microscope with a probe weighing only 2.2g in 2017, which for the first time internationally obtained clear and stable dynamic images of cortical neurons and synapses in freely behaving mice. Subsequently, TRANSCEND VIVOSCOPE successfully completed the productization of the microscope, solving the localization bottlenecks of core technology components including the probe, special optical fibers, femtosecond lasers, and miniaturized objective lenses, achieving independent production of a series of miniaturized two-photon microscopic imaging systems that are widely used in brain science research both in China and internationally. This technology has been further improved and expanded, and is now applied to in vivo detection of human skin cells. By integrating with traditional endoscopes, it can further enhance cellular imaging capabilities, forming a multimodal endoscopic diagnostic system.
