INSPIRE VETERINARY PARTNERS was incorporated in Delaware in 2020 and converted to a Nevada corporation on June 29, 2022. It owns and operates veterinary hospitals in the United States. INSPIRE VETERINARY focuses on small animal general practice hospitals, serving various companion pets with an emphasis on canine and feline breeds. As the company expands, more value-added services are becoming part of its hospital offerings, including mixed animal facilities, intensive care, and other specialized services, as well as equine care and emergency services at one location starting from December 2022. As of now, the company operates 13 veterinary hospitals across 9 states. INSPIRE VETERINARY has expanded and plans to further grow by acquiring existing hospitals with financial records, market advantages, and future growth potential.
