Linnaeus Bioscience

The mission of Linnaeus Bioscience is to accelerate drug discovery by exploring and applying innovative technologies. Founded in 2012, Linnaeus aims to commercialize the Bacterial Cell Painting (BCP) platform, initially developed at the University of California, San Diego. BCP allows us to rapidly understand the mechanism of action of antibiotics through a process akin to an autopsy of bacterial cells. We apply this cutting-edge technology to develop our internal molecular pipeline, targeting Gram-negative bacteria.
