Biosergen is a biotechnology company that dedicates the majority of its organizational and financial resources to the clinical development of BSG005. BSG005 is a potentially disruptive antifungal drug with groundbreaking potential. After more than a decade of preclinical research, BSG005 has demonstrated significant safety and efficacy advantages over competing antifungal drugs, including amphotericin B. The research behind BSG005 and its unique properties have been documented in over 20 peer-reviewed scientific papers. Biosergen initially targets invasive fungal infections with BSG005, which claim hundreds of thousands of lives annually among immunocompromised patients with AIDS, cancer, and transplant recipients.
