Elite Private Trainer Center (EPTC) was founded in August 2010 by Franco Hu Shenghang, a senior mentor from Hong Kong. It belongs to Elite Lin (Hong Kong) International Sports Development Co., Ltd., and its domestic training headquarters is located at the Capital Institute of Physical Education.
