Selagine, Inc. is a clinical-stage spin-off company from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), which is commercializing technologies developed by the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the College of Medicine. Selagine focuses on developing new treatments to help patients suffering from various debilitating eye conditions and to improve quality of life where effective treatments are lacking.
