On November 10, 2022, XPhyto Therapeutics Corp. officially changed its name to BioNxt Solutions, Inc.BioNxt Solutions Inc. is a bioscience accelerator focused on next-generation drug formulations and delivery systems, diagnostic screening tests, and investment opportunities in new active pharmaceutical ingredients, including: precision transdermal and orally dissolvable drug formulations; rapid, low-cost infectious disease and oral health testing; and standardization of emerging active pharmaceutical ingredients for neurological applications. The company has R&D operations in North America and Europe, with a business focus in Germany, and is currently concentrating on regulatory approval and commercialization of medical products in the European market.
